Terms and Conditions

 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website or by any third party booking websites for the Royal Adelaide Hotel. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

 

Definitions

“Company” or “we” means Royal Adelaide Hotel (Windsor) Hotel Limited (company no 02859086).

“Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.

“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.

“Hotel” means the premises for which your Booking is made.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Websites” means www.royaladelaide.com or any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Hotel from time to time.

“VAT” means value added tax.

 

Deposits

No deposit is required for bookings for less than 5 rooms.  For 5 rooms or more please contact us on 01753 863916

Cancellations, no shows and refunds (less than 5 rooms):

Cancellations made later than the day prior to arrival will be charged in full.  No shows will be charged in full.

 

Parking

On site car parking must be booked in advance.  Charged at £18 for overnight car parking.

 

Check in / out requirements

Check in from 2pm and check out before 11am

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel including The Royal Adelaide Hotel Restaurant, bar and conference rooms. Residents of the hotel are not able to smoke in any of the bedrooms. To ensure the comfort of our non smoking guests, a charge will be applied for smoking in a bedroom.

 

Payment methods

We accept the following cards: Visa/Mastercard/Amex

 

Damages

Any damage to the Royal Adelaide property or its contents will be charged to the guest’s card.

 

Accessability

The hotel does not have an elevator and is on several levels and therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

 

Children

There are some rooms in the hotel which can accommodate an extra bed for children.  Please make sure you ask when making the reservation.

 

Pets

The hotel is pet friendly but must be booked in advance.  There is a £10 dog/cat charge.  Please contact the hotel for more details as not all rooms are suitable.

 

CCTV

In the public areas and car park of the Roya Adelaide Hotel CCTV is in operation and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons.

 

Amendments to your booking

Should your details be incorrect on your confirmation email or require amendment, please advise the reservations team at your earliest convenience on email to info@theroyaladelaide.com or by telephone on 01753 863916. If you do wish to amend your booking details, changes must be advised at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will reconfirm with you if we can accommodate your changes.

 

Behavior

Residents or non residents using the facilities or services of the hotel are responsible for the behaviour of his, her or its guests at the Royal Adelaide Hotel and in particular for the orderly conduct of guests attending any function or staying in the Royal Adelaide Hotel or otherwise making use of the services. You must ensure that no noise or nuisance is caused either for the Royal Adelaide Hotel or its other guests and clients or its neighbours. You must comply with any reasonable request of the Royal Adelaide Hotel and with any policies of the Royal Adelaide Hotel as may apply from time to time.

 

Receipt of goods

Should a resident or non-resident of the hotel wish for any item to be received by The Royal Adelaide Hotel, advance notice will be required. The Hotel retains the right to deny receipt of such items. Any costs incurred for return will be borne by the sender. All items are left at the owner’s risk and may be subject to search. Please note that should an item be locked or sealed it is the responsibility of the owner of the item to facilitate access. The Royal Adelaide Hotel is not liable for any flood, fire or damage to the items.

 

Vouchers

The whole value of the voucher must be used in one visit. No change will be given. Each voucher features a unique code and may only be redeemed once. It may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost. Please let us know that you will be using this voucher when booking. All bookings using vouchers are subject to normal terms and conditions. If you make a reservation using a voucher please and have to cancel with 48 hours then it will not be possible to use the voucher again.
