We are following government guidance to ensure a safe environment for everyone and our procedures have met the requirements of the VisitEngland ‘We’re Good To Go’ standard.

We have also been busy during lockdown upgrading our technology to make checking in quicker and safer.

Green Spaces

Our location opposite the Long Walk to Windsor Castle is perfect if you are want to make sure you have easy access to wide open green spaces. You can also run, walk the dog or just enjoy the views.

Virtual Locks

As an option, we can email a bluetooth lock to your phone so you don’t have to carry a key card around with you or collect it from reception.  Normal keycards are also available.

Increased Cleaning

As you would expect cleaning has always been important but now we are on the case even more with extended cleaning, especially in high touch areas.

Digital Guidebook & Room Information

No more folders in rooms – we are now sending you a digital information pack that will not only give you loads of information about the hotel and your room, but will also guide you on things to do and see in the wonderful town of Windsor

COVID-19 Statement

At The Royal Adelaide, we want you to know we are extremely mindful of the health and well being of our team, as well as you, our valued guests.

With this in mind we wanted to give you a brief update on what’s going on at The Royal Adelaide in regards to Coronavirus.

• All our team are briefed on the latest situation and guidelines provided by the U.K. Govt., to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our hotel.
• Our cleaning standards are extremely high, however now, more than ever, our team is redoubling their efforts to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• All guests are being asked to use hand sanitiser gel on arrival.
• Please can we politely ask you not to come out to eat if you feel unwell, with whatever symptoms you may have. There are many other bugs, common colds and the flu around in addition to Coronavirus at any time of year.

We will be vigilantly following the daily and ever-changing developments and will provide further updates in due course. In remaining open, we aim to ensure everyone remains safe and well, but that also, we still have a viable business for the future.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the N.H.S and all our key workers for their bravery and continued support; we really appreciate your commitment during these unprecedented times. We look forward to seeing you all soon, stay safe.

You can cancel a flexible rate booking free of charge up to 3pm the day prior to arrival.  Other rates may not be refundable so please check carefully at the time of booking.
