Yes we do have an onsite car park. However the number of spaces is limited and car is fairly tight and parking large vehicles or vans is tricky.
All spaces need to be reserved in advance and they cost £20 per overnight stay. Unless you book in advance then we cannot guarantee that a space will be available.
You can also charge your electric car for FREE when you book and pay for an overnight car park space. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the EV charging point.
Yes, a delicious breakfast is included for all guests. Choose from a selection of dishes including smashed avocado on a toasted muffin with poached eggs and chilli oil or American style pancakes and maple syrup.
Of course the tradition full English is always available and includes a vegetarian option too.
We can provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on request and it would be great if you could let us know in advance.
We love dogs here at The Royal Adelaide Hotel and have some specifically designated dog friendly room. It costs £10 per night to bring your furry friend and this must be booked in advance.
However dogs cannot be left alone in the bedroom if you are not on the premises.
Unfortunately we do not have a lift in the hotel. There are a few ground floor rooms but due to the nature of the building there are still steps to negotiate to get to the bar and restaurant.
Windsor Castle and town centre are a 10 minute walk away from the Royal Adelaide Hotel. If you would like to visit the Castle then you must purchase entry tickets in advance as you need to book a specific time and the Castle is often sold out in advance.

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Should you need to guarantee an early check-in then it is advisable to book a room from the night before.
If you advise us that you require an early check-in we will do our very best to get you into your room as soon as possible but it cannot be guaranteed to be before 3pm.
Our reception is manned 24 hours a day so you do not need to worry if you need to check in late at night or checkout very early in the morning.
Yes, our Palm Court Lounge offers a lovely space with natural light and air conditioning for meetings or events.

If you have booked through a third party website such as booking.com or hotels.com then you need to cancel your reservation in the same way by going on to their website as we are not allowed to cancel for you.
If you have booked direct with us by phone, email or via our website then please feel free to contact us by phone or email. We do require written confirmation by email for all direct cancellations.

Yes of course, we would be delighted to take your reservation directly. Simply call us on 01753 863916 to discuss your requirements. A credit card is required to secure your reservation but the card is only charged if you are taking advantage of our cheaper advance purchase rates or you do not show up on the day of your reservation without cancelling in advance.
